The Ruby Street Los Angeles Wedding

Jinri and Phillip are… well as you can see, absolutely joyful. Getting to know them through this process was beautiful, and they inspired me throughout the day with their style and artistic choices. Their day was a huge family reunion and I had so much fun photographing the minimal and unique design style at The Ruby Street.

We are so in love, and so grateful to have Justin’s beautiful work to call ours forever. We were actually scared at first, because we decided to skip on videography and use that money to invest in good quality photos. Looking at Justin’s photo of our wedding day brings back ALL the feels and really does transport us to that moment of our wedding day! We’re so happy with our decision and will forever be over the moon every time we look back on our day though Justin’s pictures. We also dread posing for pictures, but with Justin, it felt more like he was just capturing how much fun we were having as we went on with our day. We are so so so happy! Justin’s vibe (so kind, gentle, fun and happy!) really comes through on our pictures. We couldn’t have asked for more . - Jinri Kim

This was my first Pyebaek ceremony I had the pleasure of photographing. It was a lovely exchange of wisdom and respect. Also, you’ll see things being tossed across the room - these are dates! They symbolize children, and it’s said that how many they catch in the skirt is how many they will have.

We’re also forever grateful for Justin for treating us and our families like VIPs! We had a ton of family members from Korea who didn’t speak English, but Justin magically got them to cooperate somehow and loosen up in front of the camera.
